Our Patron is Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandra.
Our President is Professor, The Lord McColl of Dulwich.
Lord Ian McColl is Emeritus Professor of Surgery and well known for his work with charities and disabled people. He was made a life peer in 1989 and from 1994 until 1997 he was Private Parliamentary Secretary to Prime Minister John Major. he has been a Shadow Minister for Health. He is also a trustee and surgeon to the international charity Mercy Ships.
Mrs. Kay Sonneborn escorted H.R.H. Princess Alexandra when she visited The Home on
18 May 2010 other board members attended and were also presented to the Princess.
