Caring for people with severe disabilities

Remembering The British Home in Your Will

As a registered charity the Home needs to be secure to meet the future needs of our residents. A legacy is a wonderful gift to give because it enables us to plan the future care of very vulnerable people.

If you want to leave a legacy that will help people in the future, then please remember us and the people who depend on our care. A gift in your will helps us to carry on our 100 year old tradition of care.

Jean, a supporter, has promised us a gift in her will and she explains why:

"I wanted to make sure I was organised so making a will was a positive step. I decided to leave a legacy to The British Home because I could see how it would help the residents.

"Once I was sure I had provided for my family and friends I felt that my legacy should make a lasting difference to other people too."

If you want to make or amend a will then you will need professional help from a solicitor. We can give you more information about making a will. Call our fundraising department on 020 8670 8261 or you can dowload the following documents;
