All registered nursing care service providers must have a complaints procedure. The British Home’s formal complaints procedure which sets out how service users or those acting on their behalf can submit a concern, can be accessible following the link below and is clearly explained to all residents and their families on admission.
We also encourage feedback from residents and their families, our ‘Residents’ Satisfaction Survey’ enables the residents to have their say about a range of topics about their care and the running of the Home.
During the regular residents’ meetings, there is also an opportunity to discuss any issues directly with the senior management team.
