Paul Perkin - Chief Executive
Paul has over 17 years of experience in Health and Social care, beginning his career on the front-line of specialist housing services for single homeless adults across London. Before arriving at the British Home, Paul was the Director of Operations for Look Ahead, leading a large portfolio of housing and community outreach services for people with enduring mental health across the South East.
Paul has a strong commitment towards delivering person centred support and has an extensive track record in delivering services that meet the aspirations of residents and their families. Paul has also contributed to an extensive range of Policy and Practice Development both regionally and nationally and he remains a passionate advocate for the role that charities play in continually innovating and improving services for people with severe disabilities.
Keith Crowhurst- Director of Care
Keith is a registered nurse and an experienced Care Home Manger. He holds qualifications in the Leadership and Management of Care Services, a Masters from University College London and has written and lectured on Care Matters. Keith is responsible for the residents and all aspects of the British Home including both clinical and non-clinical staff. He is assisted by the Deputy Home Manager and three Clinical Leads.
