The British Home has a responsibility for the safety and well-being of our residents. Safeguarding of vulnerable adults involves a range of measures to protect people in our care.
The Home also provides progressive privacy for its residents; different parts of the building have varying levels of public access to ensure residents feel a sense of control over their lives. There are many areas where residents can entertain guests without needing to invite them into their room unless they wish to do so. Guests are more than welcome to have a meal together with the residents in the dining room, relax in the ground floor lounge or visit any of the sitting rooms on each of the floors.
