Physiotherapist at British Home completes a Tough Mudder to raise money for new equipment at British Home

British Home Physio takes on Tough Mudder

One of British Home’s physiotherapists, Candice, took on the Tough Mudder for British Home.

The Tough Mudder ‘South West’ was the last Tough Mudder event of the season, though it was no less cold or muddy for the runners. The challenging event entails 10-12 miles of muddy and ice-cold obstacles and is well known worldwide for its brilliant comradery.

As soon as Candice joined the British Home therapy team, she was determined to take part in a challenge event to raise money and awareness for British Home. ‘I had a blast, I was covered in mud and there was a fantastic atmosphere. I am really glad that I did it for British Home!’

The money Candice raised will help the therapy department buy new state of the art equipment for our residents.
